Our Mission

The Lisa Ross Parker Foundation strives to charitably honor the legacy of Lisa Ross Parker by continuing to pursue her charitable passions, including (but not limited to) assisting and caring for patients with leukemia, lymphoma and other blood-related cancers, and their families. In addition, we strive to honor Lisa’s legacy by assisting with charitable animal welfare and supporting other animal advocacy organizations that follow the same principles.

It’s been said that every journey begins with a single step. Our initial steps aim to ease the burden of families of cancer patients who require an extended stay at the hospital for treatment. A hospital stay is stressful enough for families without the additional expenses incurred outside of treatment; whether it’s paying for gas to commute between home and the hospital, eating out, or finding affordable lodging. Your contributions help us provide leukemia and other blood-related cancer patients with “Hospital Survival Packs” stocked with pre-paid phone cards, pre-paid gas cards, vouchers for local restaurants, coupons for discounted lodging, books, magazines, and other items to help families in their time of need.

We also assist animal welfare organizations and animals in need. Lisa believed that every animal’s life was worth saving. We will assist organizations that have that goal in mind.
